Meet Coach Andrew

I’ve been in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 30 years and I still believe the most important rep is the next one.I started coaching long before it was a trend. From managing premium health clubs in Asia to leading community gyms across Australia, I’ve worked with thousands of people at all levels, from beginners just starting out to seasoned athletes getting back on track. But the people I work best with today? Everyday adults in their 40s, 50s and beyond, juggling work, family and fatigue, who want to get strong, stay sharp and feel good for life.After turning 50 and facing my own health challenges (including male menopause, migraines and burnout), I shifted my entire focus to sustainable, balanced, real-world coaching. That means:- strength training that respects where your body’s at- recovery protocols that actually work- lifestyle shifts you can stick with- and simple nutrition that supports your goals without sacrificing your lifeI don’t do one-size-fits-all programs. I coach humans, not hashtags. Weekly online check-ins to review training, recovery and consistency. We adjust load, volume and habits based on your actual adherence so progress stays predictable.

Online coaching

12-week minimum

Weekly online check-ins plus 2 x 6-week programs. Built around strength, longevity and recovery for 40+.
$960 upfront ($80 per week).
1:1 available upon request.

Collaborative programming

One-off program build

1-hour consultation and education plus a tailored program. Ideal if you want structure and you are self-driven between check-ins.
$350 upfront.
